Business Growth Consulting: 2 Hour Follow-up Session

Our 2 hour follow-up consulting sessions are designed to keep you on track after your initial consultation or strategy session. Available to existing consulting clients only, these sessions give you the opportunity to review your progress with Dr. Tara, refine your plan as needed, and get answers to new questions that have come up as you put strategies into practice.

Your session can include:

• Reviewing your progress and adjusting goals based on what is working
• Troubleshooting challenges in marketing, sales, operations, or team management
• Adding new strategies and tools to build on your momentum
• Continued accountability to help you move forward with clarity and confidence

Follow-ups are available in-person at DCCM™ Academy or virtually and are the perfect way to make sure the strategies you learned are applied effectively and continue to evolve alongside your growing business.
